30-Day Free Returns
We offer a 30-day free return policy, giving you peace of mind when shopping with us. If you're not fully satisfied, you have up to 30 days from the delivery date to request a return — completely free of charge.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it. It should include all original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is also required.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, simply email us at support@styrizjackets.co.uk. Once your request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with easy-to-follow return instructions.
Please note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exchanges
Need a different size or want to swap your item? The fastest way is to return the original item (free of charge) and place a new order once your return is approved and processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@styrizjackets.co.uk. We’ll prioritize your case and resolve the issue as quickly as possible — including sending replacements if needed.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items are non-returnable, including:

- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases

UK Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days
If your order was delivered within the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason.
Our 30-day free return policy exceeds this legal requirement, offering you even more flexibility. All items must still meet the return conditions stated above.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
