1. Shipping Countries

We currently offer shipping across the United Kingdom. At this time, international shipping is not available. Please ensure that your delivery address is within the UK when placing an order.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. There are no hidden charges—what you see at checkout is what you pay.

3. Handling Time / Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 06:00 PM on weekdays are usually processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 06:00 PM (UK time). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day. This helps us ensure fast and timely dispatch of your items.

5. Order Transit Time

After processing, delivery usually takes 4 to 7 business days, depending on your location within the United Kingdom. Please allow additional time for remote areas or during peak seasons.

6. Total Estimated Delivery Time

Your total delivery time is estimated to be 5 to 9 business days, which includes both processing (1–2 days) and shipping (4–7 days). This estimate may vary slightly based on your delivery location.

7. Courier Companies / Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted UK courier services such as Royal Mail, Evri (formerly Hermes), DPD, Yodel, and FedEx to ensure reliable and timely delivery. We always aim to use the most efficient service available to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

8. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be emailed to you. You can use this link to monitor your delivery status in real-time through our courier’s website.

9. Shipping Restrictions

We do not deliver to PO Boxes, military addresses (BFPO), or certain remote locations that our carriers may not support. If your address is outside our serviceable zone, we will contact you before processing your order.

10. Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive to deliver within the estimated time frame, unexpected delays (due to weather, strikes, holidays, or courier issues) may occur. In such cases, we will keep you informed throughout the process.
